1. Child Policy – Travel with Family Made Easy
We welcome families traveling with children and have created flexible policies:
Children under 4 years old sharing a room with two adults (no extra bed): Free of charge.
Children from 4 – under 10 years old:
Sharing a room with two adults, no extra bed: 50% of tour price.
Sharing a room with two adults, with an extra bed: 85% of tour price.
Children under 10 years old with one adult: Charged 100% of tour price.
Children 10 years and above: Considered as adults.
If two adults travel with two children, the second child is charged full adult price.
2. Cancellation Policy – Peace of Mind Guarantee
We understand that plans can change. Here is our cancellation policy (excluding flights, visas, and insurance):
No Show: 100% of tour price
3 – 10 days before departure: 50% of tour price
11 – 20 days before departure: 30% of tour price
21 – 35 days before departure: 10% of tour price
36 days or more: No charge
This ensures fairness for both our travelers and service providers.
3. Booking Process – Simple & Secure

Send us your flight schedule and passport copies of all travelers.
Secure your booking with a 30% deposit, and pay 100% for flights & visas (if applicable).

The itinerary may change depending on flight availability, road conditions, or hotel options.
Prices may be adjusted due to changes in VAT, government taxes, or currency fluctuations.
