He took care of everything for us to ensure that we had a comfortable, enjoyable, and worry-free tour of Vietnam, from preparing a customized tour itinerary, to arranging airport-hotel-airport transfers, hotel reservations, as well as hotel pick-up and drop-off on tour days. There were only 7 to 11 persons in each of our tour groups.

A Thorough and Guest Friendly Tour Operator.  - The tour started with back and fort emails with Ms. Caily to suit our needs and expectations.
On our arrival at No Bai Airport, a driver had been waiting and... read more drove us to our Hanoi hotel. At the hotel, we met Emoi Rep mr. Thanh to discuss things in more details.
Early the next day, we started our 6 night 7 day tour to northeastern Vietnam and Sapa and it happened to be a private tour for the northeastern part. Thanks to Mr. Fun as the english speaking tour guide and Mr. Tay as the excellent driver, the whole trip was so nice and memorable. We were given the best hotels in every little towns or cities that we spent the night at. At BaBe lake, we stayed on the lakeside hotel. Beautiful scenery. Foods were up to our taste and they were plentiful and delicious. The foods were so much that we asked our guide and driver to join our meals. The scenery along the way were beautiful.
In Sapa, we stayed at Sapa Charm Hotel - probably one of the best hotels in Sapa. The view from our balcony was gorgeous .
In all, we were tired but very happy with all the arrangements. My wife had a memorable trip. Thanks to Ms. Caily as the marketing, Mr. Thanh as the tour organizer, mr. Fun as our knowledgeable guide, and Mr. Tay as our driver, we hope to visit Vietnam again with our children on our next vacation. Cheers.

I gave her some of the places I want to go... read more and the dates and what kind of the hotels I wanted to stay in (referring to the stars status) and she come up with a whole 14 pages of detailed itineraries for my 14 days trip to Vietnam. From transportation, domestic airfare/flight info to hotels selection I was very impressed. Upon arrival to Vietnam I was greeted with a personal private driver with my name written on the signs and each driver messaged me on WhatsApp that they are waiting for me outside the airports patiently while I collected my luggage. I left Vietnam when I was a little girlI don’t remember much about the country so just like any foreigner, although I speak Vietnamese it was good that they provided me an English speaking guide. The hotels they selected for me was walking distance to most popular places in the city. Everyone of the drivers and the tour guides were very professional.
